Tazorac should not be used during pregnancy. It can harm the fetus. If you become pregnant or think you may be pregnant, tell your doctor.

It is recommended that men and women using this medicine use two effective forms of birth control (eg, condoms and birth control pills) while taking this medicine. It is not known whether this drug passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breastfeeding.
