Relief Tablet Formula

Relief Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol, Chlorpheniramine Maleate and Magnesium Trisilicate which relieves cold symptoms. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer).
