What Is Nise Tablet?

Nise Tablet In Pakistan Nise 100 MG Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is used as a second-line therapy to treat acute pain associated with osteoarthritis and menstruation. It is also used to treat mild to moderate pain due to sprains and strains of joints and muscles. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients below the age of 12 years.

Nise is used to treat back pains, arthritis, rheumatic arthritis, flank pains, thrombophlebitis, severe pains, and dysmenorrhea. Nise contains nimesulide as the main component and works by stopping the production of prostaglandin, which helps to relieve inflammation and pain.

How Do I Use Nise Tablet?

Before taking The medicine, the patient should read the directions on the product label.The patient should take Altraday Capsule as prescribed by the doctor and for the period specified by the doctor.One should take the medicine twice or three times a day.It is safe to use the Nise 100 MG Tablet for the period prescribed by the doctor.

How Does It Works?

It works by inhibiting cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes that further inhibit prostaglandin production, which is the reason for pain initiation.Prostaglandins at the site of injury are the cause of causing discomfort, swelling, and redness.It helps to alleviate the discomfort and increases blood flow, heat loss, and sweating around the skin.

Nise 100 MG Tablet works by preventing the development of Cyclooxygenase, which in turn prevents prostaglandins from forming in the body. Inflammation and pain are responsible for both of these elements, namely, cyclooxygenase and prostaglandins.
